Building digital infrastructure that survives a rebrand
How to design a platform whose tokens, components, and content model outlive your current identity.

Tokens first
Color, type, spacing, and motion belong in semantic tokens — primary, surface, rule — never literal values inside components. Swap the token set and the brand follows.
